4 Class Series Dates: Fridays,  April 9, 16, 23 & 30th – 7-8:30 pm

This April series will continue from content covered in March.  We will shift the focus this month to Spins & Arm Patterns in addition to IFF Level 1 training sequences,  technique drills and dance vocabulary.  Dancers who have not done the March Course (IFF Foundations of L1) should enroll in the full course here to receive detailed pre-recorded breakdowns and run throughs of our training sequences – these will not be broken down in class.
