IFF Level 1 Online Preparation Component
This online course is included in the Level 1 IFF training program. Please study these instructional videos and carefully practice the techniques as explained here. When you arrive for your live training, Colleena will assume you have studied these videos and know the techniques given. We will build upon the material presented here, so it is critical you have some level of proficiency in these movements.
You will retain access to these recordings for 1 month after your live training as a reference to follow up on.
