Indian Fusion
IFF L1 ~ Technique & Choreography

Sept 10 / Sept 17 / Oct 1 / Oct 8
8-9:30 pm (greek time)

Students who have passed IFF Level 1 exams and want to brush up technique, or dancers who are curious to explore the codified moves and phrases of IFF will enjoy this 4 class series.

Each class includes a strong warm up, Bellydance technique drills and careful breakdown of IFF L1 techniques.  Precise posturing, dynamic and alignment will be the focus of this series to develop clear stylization and range.

A fun choreography will build over the series on the song ‘Masala Nights’ and will serve to practice transition and flow between postures and IFF Moves.

*IFF L1 Review students – please bring your review requests to the first class so we can review the content you want.

*A few years of fusion Bellydance training is required for this class – it is designed to introduce layered, stylized movements rather than preliminary Bellydance techniques.

Price: $88

Fall online class series

Indian Fusion,

Odissi Classical,

Intentional Dance Flow

& Indian Aesthetic Theory on Expression!

September & October 2024

This special Fall Online Class Series I am offering will advance your dance skills and develop your range of expression. Expand your emotional palette through graceful embodiment practices from thoughtful fusions, to deeply rooted traditional dance and ‘in the moment’ creation states.

Dance and yoga being one and the same, view the body as a multi layered site of performance – performing intentions that effect multiple layers of the self simultaneously.   Dance can be fun, technically challenging, relaxing and vigorous all at once while achieving both personal and stylistic goals.  I view dance as a holistic experience and my classes aim to touch the layers of our being, at once inspiring healing, while not shying away from rigor and technique.

Practice profound self empowering technologies that use the body as a means of transcendence, while also enjoying the beauty of our own body in union with the music.

There are classes for all levels of experience and recordings are available for the whole series so you are welcome to join from anywhere, at any time!
