IFF Level 1 Online Study Course

This online course is included in the Level 1 IFF training program as a preparation for your live study.  This course is also available to anyone who has attended IFF:Level 1 as a follow up and refresher to your live training.

NEW IFF LEVEL 1 STUDENTS:

Please study these instructional videos and carefully practice the techniques as explained here.  When you arrive for your live training, Colleena will assume you have studied these videos and know the techniques given.  We will build upon the material presented here, so it is critical you have some level of proficiency in these movements.  

STUDENTS WHO HAVE ATTENDED LEVEL 1 IFF:

This course is a wonderful way to revisit the material covered in IFF Level 1.  So much was covered in just one short week, use this course to re-inspire and remember nuanced instruction and alignments so you continue to practice strong.
